Marina - currently still in hibernation - is from 1 March under new management re-open its doors. Afterwards please Sven Fiedler as the new manager will manage the restaurant on the Trave promenade. The 43-year-old is a trained chef and a certified business economist for the hotel and catering industry and has extensive experience as a manager. Last Fiedler was a manager at the Country House in Pinner.
The claim of the Marina, which was renovated in March of 2007, is consistently high: High sophisticated food in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, but always brought a professional on the table, without it can be pressed into a pattern - cross-over cuisine at its best. A diverse, creative cuisine with seasonally varying dishes, a select wine list and of course a wide range for the afternoon segment will continue to offer. Also the marina will continue to present as a catering company and private events available. Moreover, the former managing director, Mr Garcia will remain within the group and perform other tasks. On 1 March ended the Marina on time the annual closing and open as usual from 10 clock for breakfast.
